Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in California to greet clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met, and support office organization in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes friendly, personalized service, multi-tasking, and strong time management. Prior customer service experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office are preferred.
