Job summary

H&R Block in Bemidji, MN is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones and connect customers with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and support the team in serving clients in person, by phone, or virtually.

The role emphasizes being friendly, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; a high school diploma and flexibility to work across locations are preferred.
