Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a friendly seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Wisconsin to greet clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax expert.

You’ll schedule appointments, support in person, by phone, or virtually, and help maintain a welcoming office environment. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with prior customer service experience who enjoys a fast-paced setting.
