Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. invites applicants for a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist position. You will greet clients, answer phones, and help connect customers with the right tax professional.

In a fast-paced franchise office, you will schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, and maintain a welcoming office environment. Experience in customer service and MS Office is preferred.
