Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Elizabeth City, NC. You will greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional to address their needs.

You’ll schedule appointments, assist in-person, phone, or virtual service, and help keep the office organized and welcoming. This role supports a busy franchise office and offers flexible scheduling in a customer-focused team environment.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly manner.

Your Expertise:

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations


• Sales/marketing experience
