Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients and support our tax professionals. You will greet clients, route inquiries, and help schedule appointments in a friendly, efficient manner.

The role focuses on delivering a positive client experience across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions and requires strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced franchise environment.
