Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients and answer phones, matching them with the right tax professional and scheduling appointments.

You will support clients in person, by phone, or virtually, ensure their needs are met, and help maintain a clean and organized office with the team. This is a great seasonal opportunity to contribute during peak periods.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment


• Previous experience in a customer service environment


• Ability to multi-task


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations


• Sales/marketing experience
