Job summary

AccentCare Inc is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Beaumont, TX. This full-time, office-based role supports the offi ce with clerical tasks, document preparation, and reporting while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of clerical experience, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answers and directs incoming calls.
• Maintains a working knowledge of EVV process for office teams.
• Produces and manages documents for client and Care Partner support/oversight.
• Generates key reports as needed.
• Maintains confidential information.
• Complies with HIPAA, Code of Conduct and related policies.

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities:

As a Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Answers and directs incoming calls
• Maintains a working knowledge or EVV process to allow utilization as secondary EVV support for the office teams
• Responsible for the production and management of documents utilized in the office for client
  and Care Partner support / oversight
• Assists department with generation of key, common reports.
• Maintains confidential information
• Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including,
  but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation
  Standards.
• Maintains a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
