Receptionist/Concierge (Summerfield Retirement Community)

Summerfield Senior Living is looking for a part-time concierge to work every weekend. The front desk Concierge is responsible for providing information and referrals to residents, visitors, staff, and prospective clients in a positive, polite, service-oriented manner. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic clerical skills such as typing, filing, and light bookkeeping.

Must be able to work in an environment with multiple interruptions. This position requires a pleasant nature, enthusiasm, and a desire to work with seniors. Must be able to work as a positive team member with good interpersonal skills and effective conflict resolution skills with all levels of staff, residents, families, guests, etc.

Incumbent will sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to occasionally lift between 1 - 10 pounds and walk throughout the facility as needed. Visual acuity and good hearing are required.

Part-time
Pay Rate - $12.00
Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
Shifts:

1. 3pm - 11pm
2. 11pm - 7am

This is a part-time position.
