Overview

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably with multicultural contacts
  • Ability to pass a federal background check
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Residency in the U.S. for three of the last five years (military and study abroad accepted)
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Good computer skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound judgment and ability to handle stressful situations
  • Sensitivity to multicultural contacts
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to use standard office equipment and perform data entry
