Overview
Founded in 2004, BI Incorporated operates ISAP for DHS and ICE, providing supervision of individuals in immigration proceedings through case management and supervision technology, supported by community partners. ISAP continues to grow and serve increasing participants effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably with multicultural contacts
- Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain suitability
- U.S. citizenship required
- Residency in the U.S. for three (3) of the last five (5) years (military and study abroad accepted)
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Proficient computer skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment, self-control in stressful situations
- Sensitivity to multicultural contacts
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to use department-specific software
Working Conditions: Regular office environment, possible local travel, use of standard office equipment, and data entry tasks.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and communicate with program participants, visitors, and agency personnel
- Check-in participants for office visits
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain participant case records and documentation
- Assist with case coordination and clerical tasks
- Coordinate transportation for participants
- Perform additional duties as assigned
