Job summary

Honda of Sumner is hiring a Full-Time Automotive Receptionist to greet customers, answer phones, and coordinate with service advisors in a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities include directing customers, balancing the till, archiving documents, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced setting. Prior automobile dealership or receptionist experience is preferred; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job DetailsJob Location: Honda of Sumner (HOFS) - Sumner, WA 98390Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 HourlyHonda of Sumner is looking for candidates for a Full-Time Automotive Receptionist. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to succeed and grow with the company.

$19.00 - $21.00 Per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients in our busy Service department
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and check the client out when their Service is done. Balance till at the end of the shift
• Work cooperatively with the managers and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Archive documents via electronic scanning
• Other duties as assigned

Paid Time Off:

• All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
• Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.
