Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Install disposable seat covers and floor mats and verify key tags for vehicles in service.
• Move vehicles from Service lanes to service parking lots as directed.
• Retrieve customer vehicles when paid and keep the parking lot clean.
• Keep service lanes free of clutter at all times.
• Maintain and clean courtesy shuttle and loaner vehicles; drive shuttle as needed.
• Ensure courteous, professional interactions with clients.
• Maintain professional appearance and perform other duties as assigned.

Lot Attendant - We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the dealership lot is organized, vehicles are properly positioned, and customer experiences are exceptional.

Responsibilities will Include:

• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• Installing disposable seat covers and floor mats, inspecting that all key tags are in place as vehicles are taken in for service
• Moving the vehicle from the Service lanes to the appropriate location in the service parking lot as directed by Service Manager
• Retrieving customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid and keep parking lot clean at all times
• Ensure service lanes are clean and free of clutter at all times
• Ensure courtesy shuttle and loaner vehicle is maintained and cleaned inside and out at all times
• Drive courtesy shuttle as needed
• Ensuring common courtesy is shown toward all clients
• Maintains professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned
• Friendly and customer service focused
