The Springs at Tanasbourne is seeking a friendly, organized, part-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to help create a positive experience for everyone who enters our community. Our community offers 230 apartment homes across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
In this role, you will welcome residents and visitors, manage front desk communications, and provide administrative support across departments. Whether you’re answering a family member’s question, assisting a resident, or supporting a coworker, your professionalism and care will make a difference every day.
This position involves sitting for up to six hours per day, standing and walking throughout the workday, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and reaching. This role requires manual dexterity to operate office equipment and handle materials.
Work is primarily indoors in an office and community setting. Potential exposures may include blood and bodily fluids, sharps, animal dander, and latex. Essential duties must be performed safely and effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation.
