Himmel’s Architectural Door and Hardware in Grapevine, TX is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and support daily front-desk operations at our busy office. You will transfer calls, assist with AP/AR duties, process invoices, manage vendor documents, and coordinate with internal teams.

Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills are required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as receptionist or administrative support is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel.
• Take detailed messages and follow up with email.
• Assist with AP duties and data entry for invoices.
• Process order acknowledgements for business units.
• Greet visitors professionally and manage front desk.
