Himmel’s Architectural Door and Hardware in Grapevine, TX is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and support daily front-desk operations at our busy office. You will transfer calls, assist with AP/AR duties, process invoices, manage vendor documents, and coordinate with internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills are required for this full-time role.

Himmel’s is a growing organization with locations in New Orleans, Prairieville and Houston, Dallas area, and Nashville area. We pride ourselves as the door opening experts, not simply a construction material supplier. Our family owned and operated company is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our Grapevine, TX location.
The Receptionist position is the first impression that potential clients, customers and visitors have with Himmel’s, both in person and over the telephone.

Job Type: Full-time
Weekly day range: Monday to Thursday 7am-4:30pm, and Friday, 7am-3:30pm.
Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
