Chicago Behavioral Hospital in Des Plaines, Illinois is seeking a part-time Receptionist to greet visitors, answer a multi-line switchboard, and handle mail and deliveries with accurate clerical support. You will be part of a close-knit, compassionate team in a cutting-edge inpatient facility.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Two years’ experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment.
• Any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer the switchboard and direct calls as needed.
• Document incoming deliveries and handle mail processing.
• Provide clerical support as requested.
