Job summary

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking an evening shift receptionist to greet guests, manage mail and packages, and assist with phone calls. The 4:30p–8:30p shift is available on all days, with weekly pay at $16 per hour.

You will be the face of the facility, supporting guests and residents, handling mail, and performing light clerical tasks while ensuring professional and courteous service.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle mail, packages, and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone with proper etiquette.
• Greet guests and direct to appropriate areas.
• Handle general typing and secretarial tasks.
• Receive and direct incoming mail and deliveries.
• Respect facility equipment and manage supplies responsibly.
• Support resident and family relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring receptionists for the evening shift!

4:30p-8:30p shift. All days available. Weekly pay at $16 an hour. As our receptionist, you are the face of the facility while greeting guests, managing incoming mail and packages, and assisting with phone calls.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate telephone using proper phone etiquette.
• Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to appropriate areas.
• Responsible for general typing and secretarial functions.
• Responsible for receiving and directing incoming mail and deliveries appropriately.
• Respect and take care of facility equipment and not wasteful of supplies.
• Contribute to and promote resident and family relations.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
