Job summary

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking an evening shift receptionist in Worcester, MA. The position runs from 4:30pm to 8:30pm on all days, with weekly pay at $16 per hour.

You will be the face of the facility, greeting guests, handling mail and packages, and assisting with phone calls. As the face of the facility, you will direct visitors, perform front-desk duties, and support reception operations with basic typing.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone using proper phone etiquette.
• Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to appropriate areas.
• Responsible for general typing and secretarial functions.
• Responsible for receiving and directing incoming mail and deliveries appropriately.
• Respect and take care of facility equipment and not wasteful of supplies.
• Contribute to and promote resident and family relations.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
