Job summary

Copper Hills Youth Center in West Jordan, Utah, seeks a part-time Weekend Receptionist to manage front-desk tasks for a 24/7 behavioral health facility serving adolescents. You will greet visitors, route calls, document visits, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Obtain caller's name and direct to appropriate personnel or take messages and deliver them timely.
• Direct visitors and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person requested; screen for appropriate clearance.
• Keep a log and schedule of future visitors and coordinate with taxi and hotel services as needed.
• Issue visitors' passes as required.
• Data entry tasks as needed.

Receptionist – Part Time Weekends

Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a 24/7 secure residential treatment center (behavioral health) for male and female adolescents aged 12 through 17. We counsel, teach and mentor students who have psychiatric disorders. Our goal is to provide treatment that results in positive changes, allowing these youth to return to their families and communities.

Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 9:00pm, perfect for a college student

Pay Scale: Starting at $15.000 per hour AND UP (based on education and experience) PLUS additional shift differential for weekend hours.

Your objectives are:

• Obtain telephone caller's name and direct to appropriate personnel and/or receive messages and deliver them timely and accurately.
• Direct visitors to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person requested. Includes screening of visitors to make sure they have appropriate clearance to interact with the requested resident.
• Keep a log and schedule of future visitors as well as coordinating with taxi and hotel services, as needed.
• Issues visitor's pass as required.
