Job summary

Copper Hills Youth Center in West Jordan, Utah, seeks a Receptionist for weekend shifts from 9:00am to 9:00pm. This part-time position supports front-desk operations at a 24/7 residential treatment facility for youth ages 12–17, with a focus on accurate message delivery, visitor screening, and data entry.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with additional weekend differential based on education and experience; includes free parking and free meals during shifts, and a rewarding work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain telephone caller's name and direct to appropriate personnel and/or receive messages and deliver them timely and accurately.
• Direct visitors to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person requested. Includes screening of visitors to make sure they have appropriate clearance to interact with the requested resident.
• Keep a log and schedule of future visitors as well as coordinating with taxi and hotel services, as needed.
• Issues visitor's pass as required.
• Data entry.
