Qualifications

• Experience as receptionist or in administrative/customer service preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist customers with general questions and route to the appropriate department.
