TATE VET PLLC dba Troy Veterinary Hospital in Troy, MI, is seeking a friendly receptionist/customer service representative to join our busy clinic. You will greet clients and their pets, book appointments, answer phone calls, assist with pet food orders, facilitate prescriptions, fax and email records, and help maintain a clean, inviting environment.

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry 35 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Punctual, must be able to work Saturdays.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and Facebook.

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist/customer service representative to join our team!

As the receptionist/ customer service representative for our busy veterinary clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet clients and their pets as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, assisting with pet food orders, facilitate prescriptions, faxing and emailing records, build client relationships.
