Front desk duties include scheduling, answering calls, data entry, and ensuring reimbursement procedures are followed. No weekend work; hours are Monday through Friday with occasional evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work evening hours, as required.

Position Overview

This person is responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office and designated areas related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to the front office.

Compensation

Position starts at $16.00 per hour, however, PHN recognizes licensure, experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Location and Hours of Position

Monday 8:00am -5:00 pm

Tuesday 8:00am – 6:00pm

Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Friday 8:00am – 3:00 pm

NO WEEKENDS

Education/Experience Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent

Minimum of one (1) year professional office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
