Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a front desk professional to greet and register patients, triage calls, and handle payments. The role supports the patient flow at the front desk with reporting tasks and standard clerical duties. Travel up to 25% may be required.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associates degree preferred, and a strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
