WellNow Urgent Care in Hudson, NY is hiring for a friendly front desk associate to greet patients, register them, answer calls, and handle payments.

This role offers a starting hourly wage of $18, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, FSA/HSA, parental leave, a 401(k) match, free urgent care visits for you and family, and opportunities for growth as we expand.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Ability to manage high call volume.

• Answers and appropriately triages phone calls
• Takes payments for visits
• Printing, scanning, and faxing reports
• Other front desk responsibilities as assigned
