Ewald Automotive Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist for our Chevrolet dealership in Oconomowoc, WI. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling calls, greetings, payments, and clerical tasks to keep daily operations smooth in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing receptionist experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Route incoming calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers.
• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Receive payments and maintain accurate deposit logs.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.

We’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at our Chevrolet dealership in Oconomowoc, WI. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and support daily administrative needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Route incoming calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers
• Greet and assist customers as they arrive
• Receive payments and maintain accurate deposit logs
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as requested

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous auto dealership experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
