Job summary

Ewald Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Parts Counter person for our Chevrolet dealership in Oconomowoc, WI. Under the Parts Manager, you will assist customers, provide quotes, and help manage stock and orders.

Responsibilities include answering calls, pulling parts, following up on back-ordered items, and delivering parts when needed. Growth opportunities and employee benefits are offered with a competitive plan.

We are in need for a Full Time Parts Counter person at our Chevrolet dealership in Oconomowoc. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Counter person will own the job duties listed below:

Responsibilities

• Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner


• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information


• Pulls and fills orders from stock


• Follows up on back-ordered parts


• Replenishes assigned inventory daily


• Drive/Deliver parts as needed


• Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service order


• Issues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians


• Other duties as assigned
