Kuts-N-Kisses in Shelby Charter Township, MI is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-time Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their dogs, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience and smooth visits.

Shifts are Tuesday–Saturday in a fast-paced salon setting. If you love dogs and people, excel at multitasking, and enjoy helping a busy team stay organized, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule appointments accurately and document details.
• Check clients and their dogs in and out and help keep visits running smoothly.
• Communicate clearly with clients and the grooming team throughout the day.
• Pay attention to details in a busy, fast-paced salon; the little things matter.
• Multitask and stay organized while phones ring and clients arrive.
• Provide excellent customer service and make clients feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Help with cleaning and general salon upkeep as part of daily responsibilities.
• Work as part of the team and jump in where needed.

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, detail-oriented person to join our front desk team!

Of course, you must love dogs-but you also have to love their people. Our clients trust us with their furry family members, and providing them with friendly, helpful service is just as important as making their dogs feel welcome.

This position includes:

• Answering phones in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
• Scheduling appointments accurately and making sure important details are documented correctly
• Checking clients and their dogs in and out and helping keep their visit running smoothly
• Communicating clearly with clients and our grooming team throughout the day
• Paying attention to the details-in a busy, fast-paced salon, the little things matter
• Multitasking and staying organized while phones are ringing, clients are arriving and the salon is moving
• Providing excellent customer service and making our clients feel welcomed and appreciated
• Helping with cleaning and general salon upkeep as part of the daily responsibilities
• Working as part of the team and jumping in where needed

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys working with both people and dogs.

Part-time - Tuesday-Saturday

Shifts will vary and you will be scheduled where the salon needs you or we can work out a reasonable set schedule to the right candidate.
