Job summary

Crossroads Pet Resort is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to welcome clients and pets, manage scheduling, check-ins/outs, and handle payments in a busy, pet-friendly environment.

You will join a caring team with weekends and some holidays, offering a fun, pet-loving workplace and employee discounts. Prior customer service and POS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale experience a plus.
• Demonstrated communication skills and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check pets in/out.
• Process payments and help maintain daily reports.
• Support the team to ensure high-quality care for every pet.
