Job summary

Milgard Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Receptionist in Sacramento, CA. The role entails greeting visitors, managing a multi-line phone system, directing calls, and supporting mail and office supply tasks. This position runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, at a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING:

ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:

• Read, write, and understand the English language.
• Compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to learn new computer software programs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged sitting and terminal work
• Minimal lifting of office equipment and supplies
• Hand dexterity and strength
• Overtime may be required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Work performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment
• Multiple phone lines
