Lithia & Driveway's L0769 BMW of Ramsey is hiring a Receptionist to greet customers, handle payments, and support showroom operations at our Ramsey dealership. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a busy auto showroom setting. Full-time schedule with Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative customer-facing roles.
• Prior dealership experience ideal but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions.
• Answer and address all incoming phone calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Occasionally scan and file documents as needed.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery process with salespeople such as contacting customers for license plate pickup and other clerical duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.

What You'll Do:

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
