Children’s Medical Center in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a full-time Receptionist to support patients, families, and care team members. Evening and weekend shifts rotate to cover patient needs.

You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect copays, and manage documentation in the EHR. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication, and multitasking in a busy pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years experience in the medical or customer service field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls; schedule and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check in patients; maintain accurate demographic, insurance, and pharmacy information.
• Verify insurance, collect copays/balances, and assist with basic billing inquiries.
