Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh is seeking a friendly Receptionist to warmly greet guests and direct them to the right department. You’ll manage phone calls, provide accurate information, and support front-desk operations to keep the showroom running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring front desk or guest service experience, strong communication, and organizational skills. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $15–$18 per hour with a Saturday differential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist/front desk or guest service roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

• Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate department.

Offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait.Coordination: Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.Schedule: flexible; either Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pmPay starting at $15.00-18.00/hour based on experience. Earn an extra $2.00 per hour worked every Saturday! What We're Looking ForExperience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems.Guest Service Orientation: A passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude.
