Job summary

Bergstrom Ford of Green Bay is seeking a Service Consultant to greet guests, coordinate service, and communicate status while driving added value through upselling maintenance and repairs.

You will schedule appointments, document vehicle histories, and collaborate with technicians and parts staff to ensure outstanding guest experiences. Competitive pay and bonus opportunities are offered in a team-oriented dealership environment.

Our Service Consultants earn a monthly base salary plus a monthly performance bonus.QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in automotive service consulting or a related field is preferred.Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive services, repairs, and maintenance. Familiarity with various makes and models.Guest Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with guests and provide a high level of service.Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Technical Skills: Proficiency with service management software and other relevant computer systems.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
