Job summary

Bergstrom Appleton Acura is seeking a friendly Service Assistant to welcome guests, help with check-ins for service appointments, and support the service team with paperwork and communication. You’ll assist guests with transportation options and inquiries while ensuring used cars are serviced to brand standards.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours, an hourly pay rate of $17–$19 with a potential monthly bonus, and a benefits package for full-time team members in a fast-paced dealer environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check in guests for service appointments.

• Complete service orders for used cars in collaboration with sales and service teams to meet brand standards.
