Bergstrom Neenah Ford Lincoln in Neenah, WI seeks a Service Consultant to greet guests, coordinate service, and communicate status of vehicle repairs. You will collaborate with technicians and parts staff to deliver timely, high-quality service and build lasting guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service consulting or related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive services, repairs, and maintenance; familiarity with various makes/models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with guests and provide a high level of service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with service management software and related computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive tech/service management certification is a plus.
