Job summary

City Kia of Greater Orlando is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers in a fast-paced dealership environment. This full-time, hourly role involves greeting clients, scheduling sales and service appointments, directing calls, and keeping the reception area organized.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, communicates clearly in English and Spanish, and can multitask with confidence while supporting sales and service teams to deliver a welcoming VIP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience, automotive experience a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers professionally and set expectations upon arrival.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Schedule sales and service appointments.
• Enter customer information accurately into dealership systems.
• Monitor and respond to internal chats and customer messaging tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area (including coffee station).
• Assist with basic administrative tasks.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

City Kia of Greater Orlando is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in a fast-paced dealership environment.
