City Kia of Greater Orlando is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at a brand-new facility. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, respond to internet leads, and schedule service appointments, ensuring a positive, professional experience for every customer.

Experience in automotive or call centers is a plus, but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to professionally and persuasively communicate with customers to set appointments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent computer skills.

City Kia of Greater Orlando is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.

Qualified applicants may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500!

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.

Bilingual English/Spanish Skills Are a Plus, But Not Required.

• Experience with CDK and XTime is a bonus.
