Haven Homes, a Cassia community, is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Maple Plain, MN. This role involves greeting visitors, handling calls, and performing light admin tasks to support a resident-centered environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and dependable, with a passion for serving older adults. Shifts are Mon/Tue/Thu 4–7pm and Fri 7:30am–4pm, with pay ranging from $19.09 to $23.27 per hour, depending on experience. Prior healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or office support experience preferred.
• Must be able to use a multi-line phone system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience in healthcare setting is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain records and reservation requests.
• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Direct visitors throughout the facility.
• Provide basic word-processing and data support as needed.
• Help answer basic technology questions from residents.
• Sort mail and complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.

Haven Homes, a Cassia community, is hiring a Part‑Time Receptionist to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a welcoming, resident‑centered environment where you can make a meaningful impact every day by being the first friendly face our visitors and families see.

As a Receptionist at Haven Homes, you will warmly greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and support the office with light administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, dependable, and enjoys working with older adults while providing outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part-Time

Shifts Available: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4 pm to 7 pm and Fridays from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Pay: $19.09 - $23.27 per hour depending on experience

Receptionist Responsibilities
