Job summary

Haven Homes, a Cassia community in Maple Plain, MN, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a stable, non profit team with low turnover. Full-time, every other weekend, with shifts from 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. Wage range is $36–$44.22 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and collaborating with a dedicated team. Must have MN RN license and be in good standing; LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have MN RN License and be in good standing.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes and follows up as needed.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type

Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Shifts Available (including every other weekend)

Mix of Days and Evenings: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Wage Range

$36 - $44.22 / hour, depending on experience

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
• Performs additional duties as required

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Must have MN RN License and be in good standing
• Prior LTC experience preferred
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
