Job summary

Haven Homes, a Cassia community, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Maple Plain, MN. This full-time, benefits-eligible role offers a varied schedule with every other weekend.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and communicating changes to the clinical team. MN RN license and LTC experience preferred help you thrive in our supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must have MN RN License in good standing.
• LTC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter and team player.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Shifts Available (including every other weekend)

• Mix of Days and Evenings: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Wage Range: $36 - $44.22 / hour, depending on experience

Location: 4848 Gateway Blvd, Maple Plain, MN 55359

Registered Nurse Responsibilities
