Job summary

Haven Homes, a Cassia community in Maple Plain, MN, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to greet visitors, provide friendly customer service, and support basic administrative tasks in a resident-centered setting.

The role requires handling a multi-line phone system, scheduling and records support, and helping residents with simple tech questions. Shifts include several evenings and a Friday daytime slot, with compensation of $19.09 to $23.27 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist or office support experience preferred.
• Able to operate a multi-line phone system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Healthcare setting experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain records and reservation requests.
• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Answer guest questions, and direct visitors throughout the facility.
• Provide basic word-processing and data support as needed.
• Help answer basic technology/computer questions from residents.
• Sort mail and complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.

Haven Homes, a Cassia community, is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a welcoming, resident-centered environment where you can make a meaningful impact every day by being the first friendly face our visitors and families see.

Position Type:Part-Time

Shifts Available: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4pm to 7pm and Fridays from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Pay: $19.09 - $23.27 per hour depending on experience

Location: 4848 Gateway Blvd, Maple Plain, MN 55359
