Qualifications

  • Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
  • Experience in clerical roles with strong customer service and front-desk duties.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors with courtesy, professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Verify identification of all visitors and issue temporary visitor IDs using a computerized camera system.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area ensuring visitors are promptly assisted.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date visitor log.
  • Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate units or personnel.
  • Monitor live security camera feeds.
  • Ensure staff and visitors display valid identification on-site.
  • Provide support during fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures as directed.
  • Immediately report safety concerns or suspicious behavior to the Director of Security.
  • Assist with special projects or additional tasks, as assigned by the Director of Security or the Chief of Staff.

Job Description
The Security/Facilities unit is responsible for keeping the facility clean and ensuring proper functioning of all equipment while greeting and directing all members/visitors of the Fund.

Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Candidates must be permanent or reachable on a viable civil service list in the Clerical Associate title to be considered for this position unless you are applying through the 55-a program.

Salary: The hiring rate being offered for this position is $47,000. The salary is non-negotiable.

NOTE: This is a full-time on-site position. The incumbent will be required to report to the office on a regular basis with no option to telework. You will be required to wear a company-provided uniform shirt during working hours.
