Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, provide information, and coordinate with clinical and administrative departments. You will handle phones, messages, chart preparation, copying, typing and filing, with shifts Monday through Friday, early mornings.

The reception area opens from 5:00 am to 7:30 pm, no weekends. Experience in customer service is required; healthcare setting experience and familiarity with office equipment are preferred;

Reception area is open: Monday thru Friday 5:00 am to 730 pm (no weekends.) You will be asked to fill in shifts within those time frames.
