Kodiak Gas Services is seeking an energetic receptionist to greet guests, answer calls, and support office operations in Midland, TX. This role requires professionalism, strong communication, and a helpful, courteous attitude.
You will manage messages, coordinate conference room schedules, assist Training Department with local classes, and handle travel arrangements and office supply restocking to keep the office running smoothly.

Greets guests / visitors with professionalism
Offer refreshments to guests / visitors
Notify employee of visitors arrivals or cancellations
Direct or escort guest to specific destinations
Answers all incoming calls in a polite and friendly manner and transfers to the appropriate employee
Recordsaccurate messages and delivers to the appropriate employee
Maintains a pleasant appearance of the reception, kitchen, conference roomand all common areas.
Restock all kitchen refrigerator(s) and cabinets / drawers daily
Maintains inventory of kitchen / office supplies and places order as needed
Restock all paper supply in all copiers daily
Professional, polite and courteous appearance and attitude
Daily Mail/UPS– Sending / Receiving / Sorting / Delivering
Schedule Conference Room
AssistTraining Department with any local training classes as needed, including travel/room assignments & lunches.
Turn in timely and accurate expense reports
Make travel arrangements for employees and management.
Inputting data into electronic formats such as lists, records or other data points. Audits records/input for quality, accuracy and maintainability.
Any other duties as assigned
High School diploma or GED required
2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
