Spanish Broadcasting System in Miami, Florida is seeking a professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will handle incoming calls respectfully and provide essential administrative support while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
This role requires at least 2 years of experience in administrative support and a high school diploma. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred for better communication with a diverse clientele.
The Receptionist receives incoming calls, determines the nature of each call, and directs callers to the appropriate person or department. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, providing professional and courteous customer service while supporting general administrative operations.
In addition, this role may provide administrative support to other departments, including Sales and Promotions, as needed.
