Worcester Community Action Council, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist to deliver excellent customer service and represent WCAC in a professional, welcoming manner.
You are the first point of contact for clients, community members, agency partners, and the general public, directing them to the appropriate resources. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

WCAC serves 45 towns in Central and South-Central Massachusetts with offices located in Worcester, Southbridge, Webster, East Brookfield, and Leicester.
