Worcester Community Action Council, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support WCAC Energy programs. You will be the primary contact for clients, visitors, and callers, handling inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
Responsibilities include collecting and entering client information, managing phones and reception, coordinating referrals, and ensuring timely follow-through with the team. The role includes on-the-job training and a strong benefits package.

WCAC has contracts with the Department of Energy (DOE) and the major local utility companies to install energy conservation measures in eligible homes. The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for WCAC Energy programs, providing courteous, empathetic, and accurate assistance to clients, visitors, and callers. This role is responsible for responding to general program inquiries, collecting and entering client information, managing phones and reception duties, coordinating referrals, while ensuring timely follow-through and collaborative team support.
