Related Affordable, based in Los Angeles, seeks a Receptionist to support tenants and applicants through the application process. You will respond to calls and emails promptly, greet visitors, and coordinate leasing and administrative tasks.

If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Receptionist!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RECEPTIONIST:
  • Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails.
  • Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process.
  • Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks.
  • Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties.

ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE:
  • $21.00 - $22.00 / hour
  • with an annual bonus that is tied to performance
  • This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay

This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish (preferred but not required)
